Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for SUPPORT Department team member

Description:

• Provide support and assistance to the customers – receiving customers' queries and responding in a timely manner;
• Ensure that all support cases are handled by research, escalating, and resolution following the company procedures;
• Active communication to the R&D team and fill in all of the necessary documentation;
• QA Testing on basic functionalities of the supported software;
• Pro-Actively work for building the customer trust and belief in the service the company is providing


Requirements:

• Working on shifts - the service provided is 24/7;
• Be a Team player and communicative person;
• Be willing to learn and Initiative;
• Be able to work in a dynamic and fast changing environment;
• Be customer orientated, well-mannered and willing to help;
• Have interest in video, audio, TV and streaming area
• Good communication skills in both verbal and written English;
• Good verbal and written skills in Spanish will be considered as an advantage;
• Experience with customer support type of job is considered as an advantage;
• IT experience and degree in that field is an advantage, but not mandatory;
