Input-Based Time Zone Delay
PlayBox Neo Input Time Delay is a video, audio and ancillary data delay module of the PlayBox Neo Suite for single and multiple Time Zone Delays, Regional Delays and Disaster Recovery applications.
Using the PlayBox Neo Suite infrastructure, Input Time Delay can take input from any supported source like SDI, NDI, AirBox and other input sources and generate multiple time delays from a single source, and deliver them to one or more outputs simultaneously.
The module supports PlayBox Neo Suite outputs, preserves all VANC data, and provides monitoring of decoded inputs and outputs through the PlayBox Neo Suite Multiviewer, with user-defined audio and visual alarms.
Input Time Delay Features
- Fully integrated in the PlayBox Neo Suite platform
- For single/multiple time zone delays, regional delays and disaster recovery applications
- Single time delayed source can do multiple delays
- Preserves all VANC data
- Video is compressed using high bitrate H264
- Video encoder follows the bit-depth of the source
- Audio is encoded using lossless encoder with silence detection to protect source quality, and to keep bitrate relatively low
- Inputs: any PlayBox Neo Suite source (*streams require decoding)
- Outputs: any PlayBox Neo Suite outputs (* for streaming output TS encoding is required)
- All decoded input/outputs are visible on PlayBox Neo Suite Multiviewer
- Audio and visual alarms with user defined are available on Мultiviewer
